Organization structure of CNA is two-layered. It is consisting of regional academies (RCNA) and local academies (LCNA). The pint of regional academies is to prepare teachers for the local academies. The local academies work with the students.

Every regional academy provides services for at least ten local academies and they also provide information for the Cisco of every local academy, about it's work, efectivity and the results of the students.
